Pork Kebabs with Couscous

For the Pork kebabs with couscous:

1 pork fillet (tenderloin)
Satay Sauce
250g couscous
1 grated carrot
160g sweetcorn
100g black olives
parsley
fresh basil
olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
For the fruit salad:

half a melon
half a pineapple
2 kiwi
1 small box strawberry
1 tot Kirsh
juice of half an orange
